Chef Tanner Partners with ARYZTA Food Solutions and Callebaut to Develop Signature Chocolate Dessert
This spring will see ARYZTA Food Solutions’ Chef Ambassador, James Tanner, reveal a signature chocolate dessert; the result of months of development between the chef, the European bakery giant and makers of the finest Belgian chocolate, Callebaut.

The new product, from ARYZTA Food Solutions’ uses the finest Callebaut Origin Chocolate and is set to debut nationwide mid-way through 2017.

The exact details are being kept under wraps but the end result will, says ARYZTA Food Solutions’ Brand & Communications Manager UK, Paul Whitely, bring something completely new to the menus of higher-end catering establishments across foodservice.  

“This brand new product really does offer the best of everything – the provenance, quality and consistency of Callebaut chocolate, the fine ingredients synonymous with ARYZTA Food Solutions and the expertise of James, a chef with serious pedigree who has long had an affinity with chocolate.

“It has been fantastic to take someone for whom the professional kitchen is a second home and bring them into a manufacturing and product development environment, such as ours and that of the Callebaut team.

“I’m pleased to report that ideas began to flow immediately, leading to this incredible new product which we are extremely excited about.”

James Tanner said: “I’m delighted to yet again be working with the ARYZTA team, this time focusing on the business of product development and being able to experience first-hand the thrill of taking something from concept to creation. To be partnering with a heritage brand such as Callebaut and working closely with their artisan chocolatiers is also a fantastic honour. We can’t wait to see how the dessert goes down and look forward to it becoming available across the UK.”
