Not only that but you’ll get to demo alongside chef James Tanner and the Coup de pates brigade of chefs for the day, as well as being treated to dinner and an overnight stay in the capital for you and a friend.
If you’re between 18 and 23 we want you to submit your paper idea here for a brand new on-the-go Patisserie item using one of eight base products (choose from the wide selection pictured below) and any supplementary garnishes of your choosing.
Remember, our judges are looking for creativity and innovative thinking. Show them something different and you could be just one of four finalists chosen to bring your paper entry to life in a live cook-off at Coup de pates’ headquarters in London’s Covent Garden during May.
From there, only one extremely talented chef will progress on to Taste of London.
